We saw a gap in the market for something more creative, distinctive and special, and that’s when The Wedding Place was born.
We wanted to create a one-stop-shop where brides could shop all of Instagram’s best small businesses without having to scroll endlessly to find them.
About our founder
Beth Eccles heads up The Wedding Place. As she started to plan her own wedding in 2020, Beth realised that there was a dearth of interesting, unique and hand-crafted products available for discerning, creative brides like herself. Having also worked on a national glossy wedding magazine for four years prior to launching The Wedding Place, Beth was keen to use the inspiration she got from the hundreds of weddings that she featured.
In her role as marketing manager for some household-name brands, she also managed and grew social media accounts with great success, and implicitly understands the power and relevance of social media for the wedding market, and for brides.
Beth is passionate about the wedding industry and the people in it. Her vision, her ambition and her professionalism are the qualities that will drive The Wedding Place to share the same success of the many other brands that she has worked with.
